Order problem

Hi, I need help. I bought a ps4 directly from the playstation direct website on the 27th and was expecting my order to be delivered but I haven't received it yet. I tried calling you the support line but apparently it's not available. I chose the Express shipping therefore I expected my order the next day... can you help?

  • Sony can only ship it at a certain time. The rest depends on the carrier. There have been storms effecting travel all over the country. Did you get a tracking num.ber?

    Depending on what num.ber you called you were not reaching the correct people. The support information here is not for PlayStation Direct, nor am I entirely certain they would be able to offer proper assistance.   • There's a little "catch" with expedited shipping and it works this way with every company, even Amazon. Expedited shipping will take "X" num-ber of days during shipping. That does not mean it will be packaged for shipping the day your order is received. Orders are set up for shipping in the order received. If there are enough orders ahead of yours, it could take days to get to your order. If Sony didn't give you a guaranteed date, you'll have to wait.
