Refund from playstation plus I don't have ps4 anymore

They are still taking money out my account

    Turn off auto renewal by signing into your account using any web browser.  Contact Customer Service for any refund request.

  • Nobody knows or cares if you don't have a console anymore. Your account remains active and you have to take care of things like subscriptions and payment methods, or they keep going forever.

  • Make sure to call 1-800-345-7669 if in Canada within 14 days of subscription renewal as per their cancellation policy for subscriptions. And if they say you qualify for a refund, make sure to ask for your case reference # just in case something goes wrong and you need to call back.

    Just a correction. When it comes to subscriptions you have 14 days from the initial purchase of the subscription (not 14 days of the renewal) to request a refund.
