Nobody knows or cares if you don't have a console anymore. Your account remains active and you have to take care of things like subscriptions and payment methods, or they keep going forever.
Make sure to call 1-800-345-7669 if in Canada within 14 days of subscription renewal as per their cancellation policy for subscriptions. And if they say you qualify for a refund, make sure to ask for your case reference # just in case something goes wrong and you need to call back.
Just a correction. When it comes to subscriptions you have 14 days from the initial purchase of the subscription (not 14 days of the renewal) to request a refund.
