Trying to redeem code, but it says already redeemed.

Hi.

I bought a 10$ card for PSN, but when I try to redeem it, it says that it was already redeemed.

How can i know when it was redeemed? The store is asking me that in order to make me a refund.

And yes, I know is it the right region (USA), and I verified that it was the right code a couple times.

    You would have to contact customer service for North America (since it is a US code) and ask. This is just a public community forum so dont post the code here.
