Why don’t I have license to the games I bought

My other account got deleted, they never told me why. I made a new account but now I don't have access to many of my games. What should I do?

  • Who are "they"? Sony will not delete an account unless a request is made to customer service, and they will have to verify the ownership of the account before they do anything. Your account being deleted with no explanation is not realistic.


    Regarding game licences, they only work for the account that purchased them. No other account can "own" them, nor can any other account use them without the purchasing account on the same console and being primary. Your issue is whatever happened  to the account.
