Can´t chat with the support because i dont live in the US nomore and i get IP blocked.

Can´t call them either because it is too expensive and i would´ve spend more calling then on the code itself.

Can you guys solve it from here?

I need the date and time of the redeem so the seller gets my money back or a new code for me.

    This is a public forum, so sorry, no, nobody here can provide that kind of information.

     

    You will get the same message if the region/country of the code does not match that of your PSN account.

    Yeah, your only option is to call.  You might try using a VOIP option like Skype to make the call, to keep costs down.

  • If you happened to have bought the code from G2A, you've been scammed and you won't be getting anything from them. Best to avoid that site completely. The other option is you bought a code for the wrong region, in which case you are also out of luck.
