theHunter: Call Of The Wild DLC Not Recognized

Yesterday I purchased all of the DLC packs available for theHunter: Call Of The Wild (physical copy).  It seems that all of them have shown up with the exception of the trophy lodge.  When I try to buy the lodge, I get a message that says, "You do not own the required DLC for this content".  I have:

1) verfied that it is installed

2) restored my licenses

3) deactivated and reactivated my PS4 as my primary PS4 (it is my only one)

What is the next thing I can do to try to get the game to recognize that I purchased and installed this DLC?

    You said you have the problem, "When I try to buy the lodge..." but then it sounds like you already bought it and installed it? Are you sure the purchase went through?

    Yes.  The purchase went through, and I installed it (it will not let me purchase it again).  It's when I am in the game and attempt to buy the lodge that it tells me that I do not own the DLC.

    Why do you have to buy it twice?

    You buy the DLC content in real life.  Then you buy the lodge in the game.

    I have looked at that.  For some reason, it doesn't show the add-ons that I already have.  It only shows the add-on that was released today.

    However, looking in my notifications, it shows that the add-on that I am having an issue with is installed.

    I am uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps.
