Unravel, Unravel 2 games purchased, Unravel 2 won't run

Just purchased Unravel and Unravel 2 as bundle. Unravel plays, but Unravel 2 does not. I think I would have to agree to the terms of use and cookies to start the game. I do not want to have to create a user ID to play this game. I would like to get a refund and uninstall the Unravel game downloads. This is the same day I purchased the game bundle, I don't want either game if Unravel 2 requires an agreement to collect data and cookies! Playstation store should have stated that "use agreement" must be agreed to before game will play.

The store description does say, "Conditions and restrictions apply. See www.ea.com/legal for details." That website says, "ACCEPTANCE OF EA USER AGREEMENT (terms.ea.com) AND PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY (privacy.ea.com) REQUIRED TO PLAY. INTERNET CONNECTION, EA ACCOUNT AND APPLICABLE PLATFORM ACCOUNT MAY BE REQUIRED TO ACCESS ONLINE FEATURES AND ANY ADDITIONAL CONTENT."

It could be more obvious, but it's there. You would have to ask customer service to request a refund, but that would be an exception to the official policy.
