Lost save data

I was playing Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires last night and I was abruptly disconnected from the server. When I logged back in my save data was lost. Please help.

    Is there no one that can help me? It's been several days now and still no response. If this continues I see no point in paying 20 bucks a month for a service that won't help me when said service deletes my progress. I'd rather just cancel my membership.

    Been a full week now and I haven't gotten any kind of response. I figured Sony wouldn't help me recover my save data so I started the game anyway and come to find out I can't even save anymore. The game tells me the save is corrupted, even though there's apparently no save data. So I guess I can't even play the game anymore. Great. I wonder how many other games this will be happening to. What terrible customer service. I'll be canceling my subscription for sure.

    You arent reaching Sony customer service here. This is just a community forum made of gamers such as yourself. That being said sorry you havent gotten a response. For an issue like this im not sure how helpful the forums wouldve been anyway since again we are just gamers like you who dont have anymore access to anything then what you would.

     

    That being said id get in contact with support to see what could be done. The contact info can be found at any of the 'contact us' links on any of these forum pages.

    The playstation now staff used to monitor this section of the forums to help with issues like yours, they even had a sticky for saved data issues, however I haven't seen them on the forums for quite a while, so they may have stopped monitoring it. At this point your best option would be to do as mentioned contact customer service to see if they can help with the issue.

    Thank you for your guys' response and advice. I had seen forums created by customer support addressing this issue, but unfortunately those threads were closed. So, I figured this was the way to do it. That being said, I randomly checked the game today to see if it was fixed, and it somehow is. If I decide to keep PS Now, I'll keep in mind the advice. Thanks again.
