I accidentally deleted the app and i can't re install it. FIXED

I am having issues redownloading the ps now app from the psn store because it says it's already installed but when i go to look for the app it isnt in my library under any of the tabs. The ps livechat wont help and the twitter page just keeps shooting me over to the live chat.

    Try deleting the app in the Settings app Storage section.  That should include every app installed, whether it appears in the Library or not.  If the Library doesn't show everything that the System software says is installed, then start the console in PS4 Safe Mode, and use the Rebuild Database recovery option.
