Unable to watch movie I rented

I have rented "Hereditary" for $3.00 and began the window in which I have to watch it. I get the error of "Network unavailable. Please check your network connection."  And another error that says it's unavailable for me. 

I am stationed in South Korea so I'm not sure if that's an issue. 

Please either refund me or allow IP connectivity to work and ensure I have the appropriate time to watch the movie or reset that time window. 

Any help on this will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
