Hi support team.

i want to report an issue that just started right now when i rented a movie, i have my movie in my library but the problem comes when i try to play the movie and a message displays saying the following: unavailable network please check your internet connection, i dont understand, my network is running out correctly, is there a way to solve this problem? As i said, is a rented movie and i have 2 days left until the movie is removed.
