I replaced my CUH-ZVR1 headset with a new CUH-ZVR2, realized I needed a new processor box, ordered one of those. But the headset won't power on. The only thing I can think of is that I need a new Cable 4. Can that be right? I can plug it into the old one just fine.
Do I need to try to find a CUH-ZVR2 cable 4? Or are they identical to the CUH-ZVR1 cable 4s?
I need to figure out if the problem is the cable or the headset.
