PS vue, live chat, & customer service wont work

I subscribed to PlayStation vue, in hopes to run it through Chromecast. I followed the steps, but it won't let me sign into PlayStation vue mobile, saying I need to create a profile through my streaming device. When opening the Vue app through Chromecast it brings me back to the PS Vue Mobile app, which won't let me sign on. I tried deleting all apps several times, but it has not helped. I have searched the FAQs, & forums but no help. I have tried to live chat, but keeps saying my online ID is invalid (works when I sign on else where besides live chat), so I can't live chat. All the phone numbers aren't working (PS Customer service, PS Vue, and to cancel subscription phone number). My phone, service, wi-fi, etc all work. I'm at my wits end. Please someone help!!!!

  • You need a PlayStation Roku or Fire tv to establish a home location before you can use your phone or chromecast

  • I find this reply interesting because we are having the same EXACT problems that sunniebird is having and we have a roku.  our id works to login but is not to receive support assistance.

  • You are not having the same issue. The op does not have to required equipment to sign up for Vue, you do call support

  • A show I want to watch this Sunday at 9 o'clock ( fear The Walking Dead ) shows up in the guide under the correct time slot but when I click on it it goes to My shows which the episode is not there it should be there it is the first episode of the season I chose PlayStation view so I could watch The Walking Dead and fear The Walking Dead pluse NASCAR programming . NASCAR is one of my favorites or my shows but instead of recording it when it comes on it skips it in records it at 3 o'clock in the morning . I am having this issue throughout all of my devices and have already started to look into sling TV .

    after cbs sports channel was added to elite package playstation vue app stopped working on both my roku 4s but works on my fire 8 hd tablet

  • @ chriggsiii that post from Spencer was from October 4th of LAST YEAR Vue didn't launch on PC till like November 3rd. you are correcting a nearly YEAR OLD post.

  • I want to know right now with all the problems I've been having for the last month with PlayStation Vue Destination America all of a sudden ain't coming in Paranormal Witness I want a full refund and that's the bottom line I have an attorney and I will sue you

    @Scootgood We can help!  To update your payment method on the PlayStation Network account, you can click here.  Sign in with you Sign In ID (Email address) and password, click on Account on top, and PlayStation Wallet on the side.  You can update, add, or remove your payment method and set default methods.  We hope this helps!

    Here to help! Are you getting a 5001 error when trying to watch PlayStation Vue? Also, did you fund your PSN wallet directly or did you pick the PlayStation Vue package you wanted and check out directly?

    Good question! Being subscribed to either the Core, Elite, or Ultra Plan is required to subscribe to the Sports Pack. It is only available as an Add-On.
